Unica - Unica represents the basic starting model from Warcom. The unit can be equipped with multiple features. In the US we offer the Unica with a Krava Esa control, Delem, or Talento.  Start with an Esa control 2002 able to communicate with our service department. A sophisticated Y1-Y2 synchronized hydraulic system XR backgague and any tooling configuration at no extra charge. This enables us to offer upgradeable X-R-Z1-Z2 in the future. Therefore you do not need to buy a new brake, simply add the additional axes when possible.

We are also able to offer this machine with a standard light curtain system at no extra charge- with an optional Lazer Safe Unit for $ 7,500.00 dollars.

Unica may be our starting model, but the unit is so accurate, reliable and powerful that we offer the system on robotic cell arrangements. How many manufacturers can use their standard entry model in a robotic cell?

Elegant in appearance and sophisticated technology provides customers with a powerful and yet simple to run machine. Our newly designed Unica offers the following stardard features:

• PC Pentium based control, Esa 530 (latest model) with fiber optic communication ports to designated modems provides simplified and yet more powerful technology at your disposal.

• Low noise precision hydraulic system offers smooth and controlled movement. The PLC based light curtain systems, which come standard on all Warcom product monitors ram movement and governs safety condition. Unwanted movements are quickly arrested providing maximum safety in todays industry.

• Unica can be configured to the tooling of your choice, we do not charge extra for this feature and we do not force the customer to one tool system over another, we do start with Euro style or what is called Amada style tooling.

•  Euro Style tooling has become the most competitive tooling system offered thus providing our customers with buying power.  

• Hydraulic oil heat exchanger- protecting and controlling oil temperature increases hydraulic system accuracy by reducing the affect of temperature variation.

• Backgauge- precision ball screw with multi staged fingers enables operator to choose working surface, and provides easier operation when bending longer pieces.

UNICA Can be equipped with Wila NC crowning systems, specially if you are tconsidering a machine higher than 100 tons.
