MACHINE REPAIR AND COMPONENT REPAIR SERVICES
PRESS BRAKE REPAIRS
WE REPAIR CYBELEC CONTROLS - In most cases we are able to repair units in house and provide either CRT repair or adapt an LCD display.
DELEM- We've been working with Delem controls from the very beginning up to component level.
There are many older machines using these old controls that require periodic repairs and tuning.
HURCO- Do you have an old Hurco backgauge system? You do not need to buy a new one, we are able to provide retrofit systems much cheaper than most, we say most because we do replace a great deal of parts but we only use quality parts. A cheap retro will not last long, the operator will not be happy and repairs will be a constant expense. We have systems in the field with over 10 years of service without a single service call since our installation.
DRC BACKGAUGE SYSTEMS- DRC systems, great backgauge mechanism, but terrible electronics. There are quite a few of those systems around. We like the back-gauge with its linear scale, it is quite accurate when working properly. We remove all of the electronic system and replace them with a Delem control new amplifier, motor/tach/ and linear encoder, and finally we use a good power supply to provide regulated and surge protected power to the unit. Solid solution.
We also repair DRC's amplifier as we do have quite a few spare parts available for those customers looking for a quick part replacement or repair.
PRESS BRAKE REPAIRS
MECHANICAL PRESS BRAKES:
We have years of experience working with Niagara, Wysongs, Pacific, Di-Acro, Tri-acro, and more. These machines were and still are extremely reliable but at times, clutch and brake wears, adjustable ram screw wear and backgauge systems need repair. We do it all.
HYDRAULIC NC AND CNC:
Our initial start in this area, was with one of NYC customer's largest hydraulic press brake built at that time a 600 ton Hydraulic All-Steel brake built in the 1960s, we continued working with the new hydro mechanical machines such as LVDs that basically changed the industry when coupled with the Hurcos and Automecs. Thereafter Delem and Cybelec brakes were introduced, such as Darleys, and Donewell and we once again, learned the product and became very effecient having years of experience working directly with Darley and LVD and other manufacturers who were looking for capable repair service at a time when finding reliable repair work was hard to come by.
PC BASE CNC HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKES:
The very fist pc base controls introduced were very bad, unreliable and corrupted very easily under memory overload conditions and electrical surges.
We know DOS, we know window operates sytems, Do you have an Amada that require CRT repair ? Do you have a Wysong with a pc base control that lost its memory? Let us know, we may be able to get you going once again for little money compared to what it cost to replace the entire control system.
PRESS BRAKE RETROFIT CONTROLS:Do you have a brake that requires new control and back-gauge axis?
We can do that too. Remove the old system, add an up to date control with up to 6 axes.
Its ont cheap, but its alot cheaper than replacing a press brake.
TOOLING- We supply press brake tooling, and custom tool.
