CNC  synchronized hydraulic system controlled by either Delem or Esa 2D graphic control (your choice)

Each machine is equipped with a reliable hydraulic system from Horbiger/Bosch system and Vickers to provide accurate movement and a closed loop system using two linear scales mounted on deflection detecting arms.

The unit can be equipped with either a manual or NC Wila crowning device. It comes with a standard Y1-Y2-X-R automatic axes and can be equipped with up to a 6 axes backgauge. Most customers add Z1-Z2.

Independent clamps or a single American Style Ram can be provided at no extra cost.

We provide all of our S Series with an extended open daylight and extended stroke. (not shown on this pic)

Additional Standad Features- Set of Tooling - Side Guards- Rear guard- Front Support Arms- Regular linear light curtain -precision ground backgauge with precision ball screws and guides from Unimec. (Unimec is an Italian company that provide backguage systems to most European machine builders).
